SenseiJosh very catchy, and all around solid EP.
Also I LOVE the cover.

Nick Acker I would describe this as music that I would not normally listen to on a day to day basis but I genuinely enjoy this album so much. It's been a daily listen for a while and also it's been awesome chatting occasionally on facebook. :) Great work dude! Favorite track: All That I Can Give.

Matt Glenwright This brings back all the good warm fuzzies from college. The breakdown at the end of Pyrite always gets me out of my seat. All of this sounds great, and will definitely be on repeat for the coming days! Favorite track: Pyrite.

Empathy 02:27
Swept away far from home To a place so unknown Every day his absence holds you in a vacant stare Oh, a night so dark and cold If only you were there I’m sure it must seem so unfair You can lie to yourself, and pretend you’re all alone You can hide it from yourself, but I won't Life will give and life will take Hearts will mend and hearts will break Yes, he’s gone for good but you don’t have to go that way Oh, a night so dark and cold I don’t remember where If only he had known how much you cared You could hurt somebody else, yet you treat it like a joke Keep on lying to yourself, but I won’t

I think a part of me just knew That in your arms, all my dreams would come true And I love everything you do I am at home when I am with you You know I need you by my side A girl like you is so hard to find Even if I searched across the world, far and wide I couldn’t possibly do better if I tried I adore you more than I can say much more than my simple words could ever convey I will give you all that I can give all that I can give You make me want nothing at all When I am with you, I am where I belong When they set me up and watch me fall You take my hand and pull me along I adore you more than I can say much more than my simple words could ever convey I will give you all that I can give all that I can give

I’ll let the days go by Loneliness far behind And when the sun sets, I’ll stay up all night Take it slow, I don’t mind Cultivate over time And when the sun sets, I’ll stay up all night Sometimes I'll say goodbye and drive ‘til I’m out of sight But when the sun sets, You are on my mind In many ways, you provide this tranquility inside And when the sun sets, You’re my source of light You give me more than I can return But I’m still a fool a fool with much to learn Oh baby, Your love is one I want to earn

Lying here, I don't need a thing The dreams I pursue, the troubles they bring It all disappears Enjoy this while it lasts 'cause I don't know when I'm coming back This is everything I hoped for Still I'm bothered by the fact that you're not here Forget about the rising sun Forget about the things you hate Forget about what still may come Just close your eyes and drift away Life can be so close to perfect In this moment I will stay No, tomorrow can wait The days are getting shorter There's a weight upon my shoulders I'm only getting older I wonder if I should've told her No, let it disappear Forget about the rising sun Forget about the things you hate Forget about what still may come Just close your eyes and drift away Life can be so close to perfect In this moment I will stay No, tomorrow can wait

Pyrite 04:40
Always, I seem to move in circles, stuck in a loop But somehow I came to you Finally, we’re breaking through But if everything is going my way, then why do I feel the same? I’m still seeing everything in shades of grey Why does everybody seem to lose sight of the price of a wasted youth? Why do we let these plans keep falling through? And if everything is going my way, then why do I feel the same? I’m still seeing everything in shades of grey I’m stuck and I don’t know how to say that I don’t want you to be afraid I’m still seeing everything in shades of grey I’ve got my feet on the ground But my head is in the clouds How can I listen to my heart When it’s not making any sound? And if everything is going my way, then why do I feel the same? I’m still seeing everything in shades of grey I’m stuck and I don’t know how to say that I don’t want you to be afraid I’m still seeing everything in shades of grey I would trade what I’ve got, if it’s worth it or not I would trade what I’ve got, if it’s worth it or not I would trade what I’ve got, if it’s worth it or not I would trade what I’ve got, if it’s worth it or not

Thank you:
Lorraine. My brothers in Tilted Tides: Travis, Matt, Dean, James and Thomas. Everyone who listened to early versions of these tracks and offered mixing advice.

----------------------------------------------------------------

These songs were all originally written and released from 2010-2013. I was never quite happy with the original recordings, so I've redone them all from the ground up. It's basically a greatest hits album in the loosest possible sense of "great" and "hits".

Older versions of these songs can be found on:
"Empathy" and "Pyrite" - Tilted Tides, Polaroid EP (2013)
"All That I Can Give" and "When The Sun Sets" - Kyle Schaefer, Songs For Lorraine EP (2013)
"Tomorrow Can Wait" - Tilted Tides, Demo EP (2011)
